Until further notice, the Maxfield Community Food Pantry has eliminated Saturday hours.
The pantry is still open 5 days a week with volunteers following, and asking clients to follow social distancing procedures.
Open hours may be further reduced depending on volunteer availability, as the number of volunteers is down to 1/3 what it was before the pandemic, and it now takes 3 volunteers rather than 2 in order to make sure the social distancing procedures are followed for everyone’s safety.
Even though we are not meeting for worship in person, we continue to support the food pantry’s efforts. Many thanks to Mike and Donna for continuing to be a part of the volunteer efforts, and to all whose donations make thank you notes like this possible.
